Hello yin friends!
I know it’s been a minute – and WHAT a minute it’s been. I cannot think of another time where the whole world was quite so keenly aware of the same situation. COVID-19 has taken such a toll on the world in terms of physical, mental and emotional health. So first, I just want to say I hope you are doing okay and that you know that you are loved. Home yoga has become a big part of what many of us do so I have been busy leading online classes for my studio, which has since re-opened at very limited capacity. It’s been a whirlwind. Amidst this season, I have carved out the time to work on a project I’ve had in my intention for a while.
This past week I officially launched my Yin Yoga Asana Handbook, which includes 50+ yin yoga asana, variations, alternatives, counter poses, meridian details, benefits and so much more! Also included are 5 yin yoga sequences that I crafted with love and care. Order and auto-download your copy below.
Starting in September, I’ll be back to sharing a bit more with all of my blog friends with some fun re-vamp action. I’ll also make some other announcements of things that are inspiring me and new elements I’ll be sharing. Be sure to sign up for my email list if you want the first look into the exciting new things around the corner.
Okay that’s all for today! Have a wonderful day and I’ll talk with you all very soon!

Nancy I purchased your new e-book today. I like to print these out in order to read and use as a learning tool. However, when I printed the PDF it did not have the variations and options photos printed out along with other pieces of knowledge you have at the bottom of each page.
Can you please either resize the PDF or help me get a version that allows me to print and use as a notebook?
Thanks Bitsy
