Yin Yoga Asana Handbook – E-BOOK RELEASE!

Hello yin friends!

I know it’s been a minute – and WHAT a minute it’s been. I cannot think of another time where the whole world was quite so keenly aware of the same situation. COVID-19 has taken such a toll on the world in terms of physical, mental and emotional health. So first, I just want to say I hope you are doing okay and that you know that you are loved. Home yoga has become a big part of what many of us do so I have been busy leading online classes for my studio, which has since re-opened at very limited capacity. It’s been a whirlwind. Amidst this season, I have carved out the time to work on a project I’ve had in my intention for a while.

This past week I officially launched my Yin Yoga Asana Handbook, which includes 50+ yin yoga asana, variations, alternatives, counter poses, meridian details, benefits and so much more! Also included are 5 yin yoga sequences that I crafted with love and care. Order and auto-download your copy below.

The focus of this series of discussions is related to the practice and teaching of Yin Yoga. Yin has been one of the most live-giving practices for me as a yoga student and has been a game changer for me as an instructor as well. If you are curious about teaching yin yoga, looking to learn more about the style or are already very involved - these sessions are for you!

Continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance is available upon request.

Nancy I purchased your new e-book today. I like to print these out in order to read and use as a learning tool. However, when I printed the PDF it did not have the variations and options photos printed out along with other pieces of knowledge you have at the bottom of each page.
Can you please either resize the PDF or help me get a version that allows me to print and use as a notebook?
    Thanks Bitsy
