Do you feel like it’s time to recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? In our busy culture, it’s easy to get out of touch with your body and mind. Going into retreat is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and restore. Especially with the roller coaster of the last few years, we need time to “rebound” and recuperate in community more than ever.

Join Carolin Körner and myself as we travel to Austria to retreat to the heart of the Austrian mountains. We will spend 3 nights and 4 days practicing yoga, enjoying nature and indulging in delicious food prepared by our private chef. Take this time for yourself and connect with fellow yogis in a small group (maximum 12 participants).

Austria holds a special place in my heart and I’m excited to connect with you and share in-person yoga (especially my favorite – yin!) in the beautiful alps. Will you join me?

We will stay at a luxury lodge in the beautiful ski and hiking area of Hochkönig near Salzburg in Austria. There are 7 bedrooms, most with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a large terrace where we will do our yoga sessions. There is also a private sauna. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the alps all weekend long!

We have a variety of room options including double rooms (some with en-suite bathrooms, others with shared bathrooms) as well as shared bedrooms with single beds in bunk beds. If you would like to request a private room, please let us know and we will try to make it possible (extra charge).

Can I get Yoga Alliance CEU credits?

Yes! 18 Contact Hours are available and you will receive a certificate at the end of the retreat. Caro and I are both YACEPs and we will provide some guided material and Q+A time to help you consider how you can utilize the retreat inspiration to “restore” back to who you are as a teacher and what you want to leave your students with in every class experience.

Are there payment plans available?

Absolutely. [\[””pl’;;;;;;;;/p9. You can choose to pay half of your preferred room as your initial deposit and half one month prior (May 8, 2023) to the retreat. Payment plans must be set up manually, please contact us below to inquire about setting yours up.

All payment plans must be set up by no later than February 8, 2023.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

Our online booking system only allows credit cards, but if you would like to pay through direct deposit, cash or venmo. Contact us below and we can help you with that.

Where do I fly into?

The closest international airport to the Salzburg region is the Munich International Airport in Munich, Germany. We recommend flying into here if you’re traveling from another country. We can help arrange group transport from this airport to the retreat destination in Austria to smooth out those details for you.

All travel fees are excluded from the retreat price, but we are here to help guide your planning as needed. Caro is fluent in German and can help communicate and translate if you need help.

What amenities can I expect?

– In-house infrared sauna

– Daily chef-prepared meals

– Local pass for amenities such as the mountain lift, hiking trails, swimming, and much more.

– Daily yoga, meditation and centering activities to still the body and mind.

Finally, if you’d like to join me for a 20 minute flow-yin blend to enjoy a teaser as to what to expect at the retreat – I will be leading an instagram live on @restore__retreat this Wednesday, January 11th at 9:30am CT.
