Accomodations

We will stay at a luxury lodge in the beautiful ski and hiking area of Hochkönig near Salzburg in Austria. There are 7 bedrooms, most with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a large terrace where we will do our yoga sessions. There is also a private sauna. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the alps all weekend long!

 

We have a variety of room options including double rooms (some with en-suite bathrooms, others with shared bathrooms) as well as shared bedrooms with single beds in bunk beds. If you would like to request a private room, please let us know and we will try to make it possible (a private room fee will apply).

 

If you would like to share your room with a specific person, please write their name in your order notes.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

Your booking is binding. After booking you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Your spot is securely booked after full receipt of payment. Payment plans are possible on request and will be defined individually. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the event, 100% of the payment will be refunded, less a handling fee of 100€ or $100 depending on your residence. There is no refund of your payment in case of cancellation less than 60 days before the event, unless somebody else can take your spot. 

The retreat will be cancelled should there be fewer than 8 participants. In case of cancellation due to COVID complete lockdown in Austria: full refund. In either of these cases, you will receive a full refund.  However, services, airfares and transfers already booked by you are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking agencies and will not be covered by the hosts Carolin Körner or Nancy Nelson.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Neither Carolin Körner nor Nancy Nelson (“hosts”) are responsible for any damage caused by you on the premises of the event. You accept all risks and agree that the hosts cannot be held responsible for any injuries, illness, delay (flight, etc.), loss or damage to property and health. The hosts do not cover transportation costs or other costs that may arise outside of the yoga program. Please ensure your passport or ID is valid and you have the appropriate COVID measures and documentations necessary to enter Austria. All classes are optional and the schedule is subject to change.
