On my blog you will see posts that contain yoga asanas, sequences, and advice. As a full-time yoga instructor, it is truly my passion to share about this.
Styles of yoga I teach/practice:
Yin yoga is a deep stretching practice that goes beyond muscle flexibility and delves into the tension created around the joints. The longer holds in this transformational practice allow for connective tissues to release and revive. This is an excellent style of yoga to compliment any physically-demanding exercise or lifestyle.
Vinyasa simply means to link one pose to the next in a synchronized and rhythmic form. These sequences are practiced (usually) in a heated space and offer a nice jolt of creativity to the practice. I love creating movements that feel awesome in the body and refresh the mind.
